This skin-contact white wine, is a style of wine made from white grapes fermented with the grape skins, giving the wine an orange colour.
This wine was a spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast, giving it complexity in taste & aromatics. It was made from a blend of L’Acadie Blanc, Cayuga, Geisenheim & NY Muscat. It has robust aromas of dried apricots, melon &
honey. The palate is lively with honeyed apricots, stewed stone fruit and nice salinity with bright acidity and notable tannins.
Pairs well with charcuterie, bold cheeses, roasted vegetables & meats. Serve chilled.
