 35% Geisenheim, 30% Vidal, 15% Riesling, 15% Ortega, 5% Siegerrebe, separately fermented in stainless steel, blended and transferred to a pressure tank. This wine was created via a Charmat Method.

11.3% pH 2.94, TA 8.75g/ L, 1015 cases, drinking 2018-2023

A  light, aromatic sparkling with fresh pear, peach blossom , hints of green apple and orange zest.The fresh fruit and floral character carries through to the palate with a delicate sweetness that is well-balanced by crisp,vibrant acidity. Serve as a aperitif or pair with a wide range of fine cheeses,Asian-inspired dishes,in addition to fish,shellfish,chicken,and pork on their own or with cream sauces.Also delightful at the end of a meal with fruit or rich, cream-based desserts.         750ml
