Our new Benjamin Bridge 75 Rosé Cocktail again reimagines the classic French 75, this time creatively swapping the citrus for a cordial made from local cherries and rosehips beautifully blended with our flagship NV Rosé. With locally distilled gin made with botanicals foraged near our vineyards, the Benjamin Bridge 75 Rosé Cocktail continues our vision to produce exceptional quality wine cocktails intimately connected to place. An experience like no other, perfectly encapsulating the essence of Nova Scotia sparkling wine in a convenient single-serve format. Enjoy well-chilled in a flute with a grapefruit twist.

In the glass, a deep, layered pink with a faint sunset hue. On the nose, a complex blend of fresh and stewed berries with hints of wildflowers, marzipan, toasted cinnamon, and subtle smoke. The palate is pleasantly crisp while full in body, with flavours of dark fruits and fresh botanicals evolving into a nutty, warm spice. The finish lingers with rich brioche, cherry pie, and toasted almond notes in harmony with a vibrant and refreshing acidity.
