LIQUID ASSETS aims to process online orders within two working days. Deliveries are anticipated between 2 to 3 weeks depending on location and are delivered by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Before receiving the package the signer must show identification indicating that they are of legal drinking age within the province of delivery.
LIQUID ASSETS guarantees the safe delivery of products and ensures that they are wrapped and packaged appropriately for shipment. Upon the unlikely event of breakage, a short shipment or non-delivery, please contact us at 902-873-2275
Returns and Refunds
LIQUID ASSETS accept the return of bottles as long as they are still sealed and have not been tampered with. Please contact us at 902-873-2275 so that we can rectify the situation.
Adding items and Changing Orders
Providing your package has not been shipped, LIQUID ASSETS can make changes to your order, please call us at our store at 902-873-2275. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make adjustments.
If it is more of a convenience to pick-up at the store, LIQUID ASSETS can have your order ready. Identification of the purchaser will also be required upon pick-up. We remind you to be aware that if your gate is in the US departure area you will not be able to access our shop. Call our store at 902-873-2275.
Cancelling your Order
Providing your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and refund your card. This must be done as soon as possible as once order has been shipped it will no longer be refundable until it is returned.
Out of Stock Items
LIQUID ASSETS occasionally runs out of products due to the fact that our suppliers are all craft producers. If you are waiting for a product to come back into stock please sign-up to our newsletter where we will notify our customers on the return of products.
LIQUID ASSETS uses TD Merchant Services to process online orders. All forms of major credit cards and some debits are accepted by the system.
