Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for non-defective merchandise, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unopened.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and/or your boarding pass for the day of purchase.
If we have held your purchase due to a delayed flight etc, and you were unable to reclaim it, we will refund you over the phone within 14 days of purchase. Alternatively, we will ship to you if preferred (within NS, PEI or Manitoba only) for an additional shipping fee. Telephone returns may only be done by refunding to a credit card, regardless of original method of payment.
If you have purchased a defective item, we will review the details to potentially refund in full or in part, within the 30 day return period. Photos of the defective bottle(s) or can(s) may be requested via email. We retain the right to determine the value of any refund up to the full value of the purchase. For service on a defective purchase, call us at 902-873-2275. Due to variations in storage conditions, no refund will be entertained after the 30 day period.
WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR EXTERNAL PACKAGING DEFECTS OR WEAR. All bags or boxes used by customers to convey their purchases are at the customer's own risk.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once criteria are met for a refund, we will credit your credit card, refund to your debit (in person) or refund cash (in person) dependant on the original purchase method.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Books, accessories, and garments are non-refundable.
