In the glass, a luminous golden, with an electric straw hue. On the nose, layers of juniper, mint, lemon, lavender, and hibiscus are complemented by cherry blossom. The palate is rich, carrying a hint of apple blossom, easing into notes of leafy green tea and bergamot orange. The finish boasts herbal, lemon and blackberry notes with a touch of smoky nuance from the aged sparkling wine.
